“Amalgamation” Installation by Kourosh Mina Yaghoub
Aliha Gallery is hosting an installation by Mr. Kourosh Mina Yaghoub on 13th Nov 2015 named Amalgamation. Mina Yaghoub who was educated at the Sorbonne, in his latest work has highlighted the wording of Statements explaining the artworks at the exhibitions throughout the galleries. He has tried to protest against weak artworks which want to benefit from incomprehensible and vague statements instead. Somewhere out of sight in the Gallery is written:
These days, the city is surrounded with exhibitions of hollow and vague statements. This exhibition at the Aliha Gallery is a protest against this anti-artistic process and is an attempt to challenge the audience to believe your own senses.
I hope the day comes when awareness exists not only in aging books, but is flows in the heart of the city, street by street, house by house.
The exhibition will be held until Wednesday 18th Nov 2015 from 4 to 8 pm.
